While you are on this page, checking out the horseshoe art; you might also want to take a few moments to enjoy the video of, “Hero the horse doing a waltz.” This is something I dreamed of being able to do even before I went to horseshoeing school, and that was 1980. It is something I have worked on, and played around with, over many years. My younger self would be totally blown away by what’s accomplished in this video. For I have far exceeded my younger self’s dream of being able to teach a horse how to dance with me. So many of the things; understandings, lessons, etc., I learned from the process that I went through to do this, helped me to develop, “Problem Free Shoeing.” Problem Free Shoeing is a training method to help horses with farrier work.

All items are hand forged, (not welded). The black color is not painted, it is created by dipping the design, while it is hot from the forgeing process, into oil.
